The Pinlock® technology is based on two key principles to ensure a fog free vision. The moisture absorbing surface of the lens effectively attracts and stores water molecules while the airtight seal creates a thermal barrier, together preventing condensation of the visor.

  • The innovative fastening system lets you easily switch between a flip-up shield or a full-face chin guard, depending on your preference and activity. The flip-up shield provides excellent visibility, while the full-face chinguard offers extra protection.
  • Veldt Bastille helmet meets European, USA, Chinese, Taiwanese and Korean certification requirements. When mounted as a fullface it is equipped with Pinlock 120 fog-resistant insert lens.
  • Snug but comfortable: With each helmet, we supply two sets of skull and cheek pads of different thicknesses. So, if your size straddles between two, you can remove or swap padding, to strike that perfect balance between comfort and support. Changing and removing pads allows you to tailor the interior fit to perfectly match the unique shape of your head.
  • Bastille helmet uses titanium screws and double D ring which are strong, corrosion-resistant, and biocompatible.

    ECE 22.06:

    European standard for helmets for motorcyclists and their passengers. It specifies the requirements for impact protection, retention system, field of vision and other aspects of the helmets. It will replace the current ECE 22.05 standard in 2023.

    DOT:

    American standard for helmets for motorcyclists on public roads. It covers the impact attenuation, penetration resistance, retention system and labeling of the helmets. It is mandatory for all motorcycle helmets sold in the US .

    ECE 22.06:

    Norme américaine pour les casques destinés aux motocyclistes circulant sur les voies publiques. Elle couvre l’atténuation de l’impact, la résistance à la pénétration, le système de rétention et l’étiquetage des casques. Il est obligatoire pour tous les casques de moto vendus aux États-Unis.
