How long does it take to receive a custom helmet?
Customizable helmets are handcrafted in our workshop. The lead time is approximately 10 weeks. We then deliver for free to over 50 countries with UPS or FedEx.
What is the difference between a helmet with a visor and without?
A helmet with a visor protects your eyes from wind, dust, and insects. It is a practical solution for urban cycling and long rides. For skiing, we recommend goggles instead, as they are more protective against the cold and falls.
Is the Veldt Annecy helmet comfortable in winter?
Yes. Each helmet comes with removable ear pads and a ski goggle retention system. You can therefore do your daily commute or ski in warmth, even in cold weather.
Which size should I choose for my Veldt helmet?
Our helmets are adjustable to the millimeter thanks to an internal dial. We recommend measuring your head circumference and consulting our size guide to choose the most suitable model.
